What Is The Theme Of Your Collection?
This is not a great picture. My small SIG display draw - includes 47-8, 210-1,2,3,4,5,6,7 plus two very limited special edition Cantonal pistols.

Wow, that's an impressive collection! Especially considering that the pic is just the "Sig" drawer...
I just hope to have enough guns to establish a "theme" some day. I guess right now my theme would be "a Glock, a Sig, and 4 or 5 rifles" Seriously though, the Sig part of your collection looks pretty sweet! |

My Theme - A Little Bit of Everything
I've got a 22 pistol, a 22 revolver, two 22 bolt action rifles, a 6mm Rem bolt action rifle, a full choke 12 ga. shotgun, a 7-1/2" 44 Magnum, a 3-1/16" 357 Magnum, a 9mm Hi Power, and a Bersa 380. I can't think of much I couldn't do with this collection.
Then again, I don't really consider it a collection. I shoot them all, and don't even clean them until it is necessary or I plan on not shooting it for a while.

I have a little of everything, but the overwhelming majority quantity wise is 1911's.

I've always been interested in U.S. History so I've concentrated on U.S. martial arms. In particular from the War between the states up to modern times.

Ouch.
That hurts man! What a nice collection (or at least the Sig portion)! My collection is basically a few firearms that can collectively do what I need them to do- defend myself, my family and if need be, feed us also through the harvesting of wildlife.

Eclectic
That's the only word I can think of to describe what I have. A couple of .22LR revolvers, a .22Mag derringer, .22LR rifle, a .357Mag carbine, .38Spl revolver, 9mm semi-auto, .22LR semi-auto, a couple of 12-gauge doubles, and several airguns. None of them are "safe-queens". They've all been used, and will continue to be. My latest darling is a little .22LR NAA mini-revolver that I have in my pocket at the moment. I'm an equal-opportunity owner. LOL!!

I guess I could sum up mine as 1911 + Smith & Wesson. Of course, that omits the long guns which really don't have a theme.
This is an older photo and not all-inclusive...

I have no theme, I thank you need a snub nose, a 357 revolver, a 44 or larger revolver, a high capacity pistol and some 1911's. I almost forgot a 22 or two.

For the longest time, I personified "Beware the man with only one gun....."
Now, I am "The man with three guns who no one really notices." Avoided, then ignored. I like it that way.

Mine? Everything has a niche. No duplicates, no dead weight, no safe queens.

nice collection of sigs.
My collection theme is my own twisted thoughts of original/unique designs mixed with classics. 1911(classic) BHP(first succesful Hi-cap 9) Walther P38(first successful DA) actually a P1 Walther PP(007 classic) CZ 52 (roller locking) Colt model P(peacemaker classic) actually a cimarron artillary copy Makarov (fewist parts) Smith model 65 (classic K-frame) the list goes on

Here is most of my handgun collection. I started with the 1911 when I was 16 years old it was made in 1913 and is still a good shooter.

I like to think of my theme as "militarily-useful handguns that make Sarah Brady soil herself".

I suppose the theme would be "no rifles". I only have revolvers, semi-auto pistols, and shotguns.

Considering that one drawer is worth more than my whole collection, I guess I don't have a "theme" either.
I have a bunch of guns that sit in a safe, and then two that get shot during competitions. I would like to start some sort of revolver collection though.... |

My gun room:
Theme ?.. no hunting shotguns or rifles so to say. No 40 Cal guns. Lots of military surplus handguns and rifles form 1880's to present. Inert munitions and flare guns. Cowboy revolvers, BP conversions, and rifles. Pink girl guns. Unusual guns. Revolvers (I like snubbie) and pistol to include metal, shiny stainless (I like shiny)and plastic. Have just about every manufacture of handguns. A few shotguns. 50 CAL Hand cannons all the way down to the smallest handguns. Accessories and ammo to complement. Over 150 firearms to date..not sure of my theme? |

The closest thing I have to a theme is " .22 target pistols "
I just can't seem to pass up any old collectable .22 pistol, particularly HS, colt, smith & wesson and browning....
