New icons
I know icons are supposed to be intuitive, however, our revised software has some new "envelope types" -- open with papers extended from the rear, gray colored and emitting rays, and so forth -- in addition to the standard red (new posts) and yellow (no new posts) left column envelopes. What are they and could you add the icons to the legends at the foot of applicable pages?
Thanks and warm regards -- Roy

I think the envelope with papers means you can get a printable version of it.
But Grays emitting rays? I think you need to check this out - http://zapatopi.net/afdb.html (Sorry RWK, I had to do it. ) I'm curious about the envelope icons also. |

The problem is one of over-optimization. vB allows for "hot folders" and "hot topics" and "hot icons". All the stuff that an "I want my money's worth" world demands....all the stuff the Rosie Boards and others require. We've taken great pains to hack these little nuances into oblivion so as to allow the "learning" portion of the "experience" to reside in the info exchange, as opposed to the navigational signposts.
However, they're quite pervasive and most tenacious. If you spy one, please report the URL to your nearest TFL Special Icon Police station.....or post it here. Rich
