What is the value of a good condition Sphinx 9mm compact HDA double action only,no box,but manual,and 2-9 round mags?

Which gun is it? They are one of the rare clones that's nicer than the gun being cloned

The 9 rnd mags dont make sense to me..being a CZ clone it should have at least 10 rnd capacity.

Actually-it's not any of the current models.It is a compact ,double action only with 9 round mags.As I understand it,8 round mags were standard at the time.

A close price will be very hard to guess, without more information.
If its a CZ Clone gun and its very very clean...expect to pay at least $500-600 to start. It may fluctuate more or less depending on the shape/history of the gun. Thats the best I can do.
