Fonda at it again.

http://apnews.myway.com/article/20050725/D8BIE6HO0.html

This woman is simply unbelievable. Do the Americans in Iraq have to endure her antics? First he aided the communists, now she is aiding terrorists. This is treasonous. Another reason the American left is not winning any brownie points with the patriotic Americans.

Jane Fonda to Oppose Iraq War on Bus Tour

(AP) Jane Fonda poses for a portrait at the Four Seasons Hotel Sunday, April 10, 2005, in Los Angeles....

SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) - Actress and activist Jane Fonda says she intends to take a cross-country bus tour to call for an end to U.S. military operations in Iraq.

"I can't go into any detail except to say that it's going to be pretty exciting," she said.

Fonda said her anti-war tour in March will use a bus that runs on "vegetable oil." She will be joined by families of Iraq war veterans and her daughter.

They plan to return to the Santa Fe area, where she was promoting her book, "My Life So Far" on Saturday.

Prompted by a question from the audience, Fonda said war veterans that she has met on a nationwide book tour have encouraged her to break her silence on the Iraq war.

"I've decided I'm coming out," she said.

Hundreds of people in the audience cheered loudly when Fonda announced her intentions to join the anti-Iraq war movement.

"I have not taken a stand on any war since Vietnam," she said. "I carry a lot of baggage from that."

Fonda incited controversy in July 1972 when she was photographed sitting on a North Vietnamese anti-aircraft gun while on a tour of the country to drum up support to end the war.

dealing with Fonda

As a Vietnam vet I have nothing but contempt for Fonda. The best way to treat her is to ignore her completely. I really see her as a weak person.
But remember the quote attributed to Voltaire " I disagree with what you say but will defend to the death your right to say it".

The left won a huge victory when the government didnt prosecute Fonda for treason during the Vietnam war. Now all aspiring traitors do as she does and nothing happens to them, Fonda's just trying to take back her spot as the most famous one, next to Benedict Arnold.

Prosecute Fonda? Hell the Dems ran Kerry in 04.That coward should have been the first to stand trial. Dems give the term " lack of character" a whole new meaning.

She should go visit those Muslim extremists in Iraq like she did in North Vietnam. Spend some time with the other side.

Hoo-boy I'll bet it'll be exciting! Just like '68, except it'll be people with signs saying "I'm not Fonda - Hanoi Jane" or "Get the F outta our town".

I hope her driver brings along a lot of car-wash soap and plenty of towels.

One person I know has promised to drop gallons of Kimshee* on the bus from an overpass if she gets near his town.

All I can say is that I hope this stunt flops big time and costs her a fortune... out of her own pocket.

*Kimshee - a Korean dish of fermented cabbage that stinks to high heaven. Think of sauerkraut & anchovies that went bad 2 weeks ago.

There are those who say you cannot support the troops without supporting the Government. I say that is a load of BS. I fully support anyone who is willing to answer the call, and give all they have. They will always have my support. I did my time, and was completely willing to serve to the "final end".
To blindly support the leadership that placed them there, and not question it makes sheeple out of people. Hanoi Jane commited treason against the troops when she turned the secret messages over to the NVA.

If you are going to oppose the war that is one thing. If you are going to sell out the troops that is clearly another. I think she is capable, and willing to do again what she did during VietNam.

I may not agree with our leadership, but spitting on one returning soldier should result in immediate deportation to the combat zone.

I used to think I'd been born a generation to late... but Hanoi Jane is gonna do a real live hippie style protest tour? Cool. I hope she comes to Houston. I can't wait to stage a protest of my own, that involves the burning of massive piles of exercise videos and of course her new book. I wonder if she's going to burn flags, shoot anti-aircraft guns at our troops, and aid the enemy in torturing POWs this time? The only thing we've got going for us is, maybe, just maybe, Bush will have the balls to have her declared an enemy combatant if she pulls any of her old stunts, and give her a tour of Guantanamo Bay.

Your signature refers to 17 martyrs. There was a lot more than that on this terrible day.

Jane........

I know so many wonderful ladies that were given the name Jane. Fonda is the only apple that fell high from the tree. She was damaged fruit and she remains that. Very few of us would give her a second look, let alone consider taking her home. Spoiled rotten fruit never recovers to the point we would want to reconsider it's worth or value. If Jane were the so-called apple pie at the county fair, she would come in dead last. This fruit has spoiled and some media have thought she was worth reconsidering. I continue to ask myself why? Her lack of a positive influence on society renders her a silly has been. Her story book hasn't had the selling she and the publishers looked for. What a surprise that she will travel the country on a cooking oil fuel system bus. With a little luck she and her travel group will break down in the middle of the middle west. When they look for help and recovery the good American citizens will salute her with the proud middle finger and tell her to tow the damn thing back to the place it came from.

What a real work of art she is. I am sure she will go down in history for the reasons she would rather not be remembered. Let me be the first to give a moment of silence to her and salute her with the big middle finger........

I think of a long time ago when an old fella told me the old saying with such an important message. "If you have nothing good to say - say nothing at all". That said, I should say something good about Jane. It's not easy but..... She doesn't look her age....

Thoughts on Jane...

Quote:
i dare not print what i think of her.
My sentiments exactly. But oh, what the Hell...

This Demosocialist skank caused American POWs to be tortured in North Vietnam as a result of her actions - she and the North Vietnamese gulag keepers demanded that officers of the U.S. armed forces participate in making public relations videos in which their scripted roles would have made them guilty of treason against the United States and giving aid and comfort to the enemy to the detriment of their fellow prisoners - American soldiers.

Because of her acts of treason, this piece of sh*t does not deserve to live under the Stars and Stripes and enjoy the blessings of freedom which were bought and paid for with the blood of patriots. What has she ever done to pay her debt to this nation or to help the men whom she caused to be tortured and brutalized?? NOTHING. Not one "effing" thing.

What has she ever done for anyone other than herself? What has she ever done other than cater to her personal greed, make herself a multimillionaire and feed her insatiable, pathalogicial ego? NOTHING.

And now she wants the men who suffered due to her actions to forgive her, buy her book and attend her movies. If she wants forgiveness, LET HER EARN IT. Let her sit in a prison cell for a few years - let's say five, a nice round number - and eat rotting pumpkin soup crawling with worms; let her suffer in the heat of summer with no water to drink for 3 or 4 days of the week; let the mosquitos devour her with no relief; let her sh*t in a bowl in her cell; let her captors beat her with a rubber hose; let them tie her arms together behind her back and hoist her off the floor and leave her hanging; let the open sores from the torture fester with no medical attention; let her sleep on a concrete floor that crawls with cockroaches at night. And lastly, let her transfer ALL of her millions - EVERY last dollar - to a fund to be distributed among the POWs and families who suffered because of her treason.

If she is genuinely and seriously remorseful for her actions, LET HER EARN THE FORGIVENESS OF THE MEN WHO SHE CAUSED TO BE BRUTALIZED BY HER ACTS OF TREASON.

IMHO, Jane Fonda is but one thing: A worthless waste of protoplasm whom the best part of ran down the inside of her mamma's leg. If she were to perish in an auto accident, the world would be a better place - one less scumbag walking the face of the planet.

To those who think Jane Fonda is a wonderful human being, to those who are angered by my words - GFY.

her Biz between the Vietnam Vets and herself for them to take care off. If asked I would tell her I dissaproved of what she did in Vietnam.

As far as Iraq, if she wishes to protest that the troops should be withdrawn then it is her right to do so. It is also your rights to protest against her. The price we pay for freedom doesnt come cheap it means everybody gets a voice or eventually fewer voices will be heard.

As far as me jane can protest all she wants, I am not going to let if keep me from enjoying my day.

As the Church Lady would say..........

"Well, isn't that special" ?

Right on.............you got your rights and I got mine. (all the same - unless your real wealthy and give a lot of coin to a political party) Then, by no fault of mine you get special treatment.........

It's ok to feel different about her........ I just tend to hate her for all the right reasons...... I hope God forgives me for being so hard on her...... I would bet her dad would be proud of his daughter.......

Amen, progunner1957. Let the witch have a serving of what she dished out and then maybe I'll consider changing my opinion of her. But even that does not bring back the over four hundred POW/MIAs in from 'Nam who were never accounted for - and her treason was at least partially responsible for those tragic losses.

Bravo, Bravo25 LOL. I wondered if and when anyone would ever catch that. The sig line character limit wouldn't let me list everyone. Those are the children. The people the government supposedly went in to help. I guess in our Orweillian society "help" means "murder." At least I know now that everyone hasn't forgotten.

Haha I love kimchi.

(kimshee?? ***???)

But I must admit it is defenitely an aquired taste.

Please dont drop it on Fondas van. Send it to me and I will bust out a bowl of rice and eat it. And I promise to drop a truckload of cow manure on her van as a replacement.

Poop smell worse anyways.

Hmmm. If she went to North Viet Nam and sat on an anti-aircraft gun, what will she do as an encore in Iraq? Strap on some explosives?

One can only hope.

I got an e-mail on this and decided to cast my vote, I'll have to admit, the current results surprise me somewhat.
