Some would have it that JPFO is "over the top", way over the top. Perhaps they are, however respecting JPFO's output, and the antics of the ATF, I believe I prefer JPFO, notwithstanding the fact that it's The Congress that legislates. Of course, the minions of BATFE have taken some bad legislation and made it very much worse. JPFO's release follows.

We've been keeping our readers abreast of the trials Red's
has suffered under the BATFE. Targeted by the agency who
exaggerated minor paperwork errors while hiding other
relevant information in an effort to shut down the
business, Red's recently won an injunction to keep their

telling his story on our "Talkin' to America" program
(www.jpfo.org/talkamerica.htm ), owner Ryan Horsley was
audited the next day by ATF agents, including an area
supervisor. Said the agents, "We'll do this again and again

Yes, the BATFE is impressed with itself, no doubt. Take a
peek at this Amended Declaration ( www.jpfo.org/redsdec.pdf
). Part of the suit Red's filed in an effort to save the
business, this declaration is the sworn statement of BATFE
agent Richard Van Loan. In Section 7, he references the
phrase "...when justice so requires." This isn't the first
time Agent Van Loan has said that. In fact, according to
Horsley, Agent Van Loan has stipulated several times that
he has ultimate authority "when justice so requires".

Justice ... or revenge?

Ryan's still fighting back. In addition to the coverage
JPFO has provided on this outrageous case, Red's has taken
out ads in both radio and print to publicize their plight,
and numerous articles are being written in their local
papers. Red's will also begin blogging their experiences at

invited to appear on the area's biggest talk show. Writer
David Codrea even mentioned the case in his "War on Guns"

I think most of us already knew that. Malicious enforcement of any restriction of a fundamental Right (as defined by the Bill of Rights) is wrong and must be destroyed.
