New XD and love the way sights work!!!

Kinda new at this but man having fun learning on this site.

I have a XD 4" .45 and have shot 100 rounds through it. Sites up different than my other guns. It also took me a couple of mags to get used to the trigger, but was able to tear a ragged hole at 10 yards with a hundred rounds. Couple flyers of course. LOVE THIS GUN!!!

Anyhow took it out plinkin on the property today and when I site up bunnies and such, I hold the sites at 6 O'Clock and it was awsome rarly missed anything. My favorite was a bunny at 45' on a slight run.

This 6 O'Clock hold for sites just makes sense to me. Why don't other manufactures use this? Is it possible to make my FNP 40 site up like the XD?
