What is a Norinco M-4 22LR Bolt Gun??

I recently picked up a nice working little Norinco 22 bolt gun at a garage sale. I paid $30US for it. It's not a big deal but I would like to identify it as it would be nice to find a replacement stock etc.

It's a Norinco gun with what looks like a 22 clone of a mauser-ish action with the wing safety and the whole bit. The top of the receiver has a milled in dovetail base for a 22 scope. Other than identifying it as a norinco the only other marking is in the center of the top of the action stamped "M-4" and "Norinco Model 4" I've searched gunbroker, Google etc and have not found anything like it.

Has anyone else had/seen another one of these? Most of the Norinco guns I have are a knockoff of something. What is it a knockoff of so that I might find aftermarket parts?

Can you post a picture of it? Someone may be able to identify it if it is a knockoff.

Here is a picture.

The action and barrel are in great working order. I'd like to replace the stock as the original is cracked badlybut I don't know what will fit.

I couldn't tell much from your picture, my eyes aren't that good. I googled "norinco rifles" and found this link. It looks close except for the magazine. You might try and contact these guys, they might be able to help you.
