Favorite Mousegun Thread
I like most prefer to carry a beefy .45 auto, but there are plenty of times when I can't. So it then comes down to the Mousegun. I have always had a Kel-Tec. I started with the P-32, but when they came out years ago, I traded it in for a P-3AT. Whenever I leave for work or have to worry about deep concealment, the 'Noisy Cricket' is in my pocket doing it's job. Which of the mouseguns do some of you carry? Which one's do you think are favored over the other out there and why?

A little Bernardelli because it is virtually invisible when in my pocket. It has never jammed on me.

I carry a Seecamp, but I confess, my favorite mousegun is this Walther TPH.

Can't say it's my favorite, but it's my only, Kel-Tec P-32. And I bought it yesterday. I was really looking for a Seecamp, and still am, but the Ohio distributor was out. Anyway, the guy at Vance's cleaned it for me, and I drove straight to the range. My surprise--the thing is fun to shoot and I shot surprisingly well. I've always been a revolver guy, but this has me thinking about a nice compact 9 mm. Still want the Seecamp, too. Is there a cure for this?

I'd love a Colt Mustang Pocketlite, but the LCP I owned briefly this summer (only pocket gun ever had) was sweet, everything hoped it would be, just needed quick cash in a hurry.
Mak's are great guns too, too big for what it is these days for CCW but I'd take a Russian over a real Walther PPK |

Ruger LCP. Great pocket guns for those times when you don't feel like messing with something bigger.

Pony Pocketlite .380
A Colt Pony Pocketlite makes a wonderful mousegun and carries easily in a front pocket holster. Reliable and accurate. Most of them require a trigger job to reduce the ugly trigger pull to something more reasonable.

Beretta 418...
...when I'm not carrying a Smith 642. It's a little flashy, only a .25, and old, but it's reliable, light, flat and it points well. And if it's good enough for James Bond.
