AR-15 Mags

Previously asked about recommendations on both AR-15 .223R Mags and FN-FAL .308W mags.

Question now is on 6.5 Grendel mags for the AR-15.

Are there any Grendel mags available other than C-Products?

Are the C-Product mags any good?

What are other good Grendel mags?

Any brand to stay away from when buying 6.5 Grendel mags?

C-Products makes good stuff and stands behind their products. I don't know about any other brands of 6.5G mags. If ProMag or USA Mag make them I would avoid those.

AR-15 Mags

I've heard the same thing about ProMag and USA Mag for other cartridges...

Avoid them.

I ordered some Cproducts mags (grey followers) yesterday so the jury is out but the word on the 6.5grendel.com is blue followers by Sabre Defence (and AA I think) is the way to go. I not sure about Cproducts or SDI but AA has the anti-tilt feature in their magazines.

I hope Magpul gets into the 6.5 grendel mag business!
