Full auto AR-15 Lower?

Legally could I buy this

The tax stamp isnt just a buy and go ordeal. involves a lengthy background check or should I say investigation. If memory servers me correct you pay for that investigation as well.

BrassSlinger, let me give you an important link:

They have detailed information about all the Federal rules which apply to firearms. And if you ever do purchase an NFA weapon (for about 20 x the price quoted here) they can be very helpful in assisting you in your legal compliance efforts.

The page you posted looks like a law enforcement / military catalog and not a civilian catalog. As George Orwell observed a half century ago, "all animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others".

Fingerprints, mugshots, approval by local chief of PD or sheriff, plus background investigation by BATFE. And only for receivers made prior to the cutoff date in 1986. September? Disremember.
