Just ONE handgun?

This is not a scientific poll for any sepcific purpose....just having fun and inviting all of you to share your thoughts...so please spare me the comments pertaining to aforementioned.

That said, if you could own just "one handgun" what would it be?

Thanks

Whichever one holds one more round than yours.

Lets hope I never have to decide!

If I could only have 1 handgun, I would be extremely torn. I like so many brands, styles, catridges...... Even picking between a revolver and auto would be hard!

A NASTY question.
However, your poll is rather about manufacturers, not handguns. There is a difference between Ruger Vaquero and Ruger CLP.

If I had to keep just one of my handguns, it would be the Ruger Sp-101 .357 mag with 3" barrel.

Probably a .44 magnum, Colt Anaconda. Good for anything on 2 legs, 4 legs, or even 4 wheels

I'm assuming when you say Colt, you're referring to a 1911 variant and not their old revolver line, correct?

I'd be hard pressed to let go of my Springfield TRP.

the first two do all handguns I thought of from mine were my 3" 29 and my 1076.but a good ol 1911 would work too.

I picked Colt since I have 1 Ruger .22, 1 CZ52, 1 Nagant and a who mess of Colts (3 revolvers and 4 semi-autos)

I have a sickness for the little horsie, sadly there is no cure.

Well, I keep a 4 in., GP-100, .357, by my bed side.
{even if I was half asleep I could work this gun and get the job done.}

But, if I had to have just one gun it would be my XD40 sub-compact.

I chose to refrain from entering an answer because if it came down to just one, it would be based more on it's features rather than a brand only.

This poll is really "What's your favorite brand" kind of thing.

For me, my favorite brand is Smith & Wesson, but if could only have one gun, it would be a 1911, and not necessarily a S&W one at that.
