This is a political post, so please allow me to continue........and I might add, a legal one as well.
I have had a gut full of one of our mostest favorite parcel delivery services...better known as OOOPS!!!! Am I the only one, I'm sure I'm not....that has had packages, (i.e.).....ADULT signature required.....left on the front porch?......with NO signature?. Cases in point, over the past few years, I have had (3) rifles, valued at minimum $2k each, left on my porch...... I have had several optics, at a average value of over $1k, also left on my porch...... NO signature, No NADA.............. Question???....what if some child just happened to decide to pick up a piece, and shoot someone, himself/herself???. Would I be in court??, you bet your puppy, and you would be also. And this is coming from the same people who won't ship handguns any longer........ Talk about hypocacy!!!!!.......safety???.... I say, practice what you preach........ IF ONE firearm ever is stolen by this idiocy, I will be a MAJOR stockholder....any one else with this problem??? |

I have everything shipped to my father-in-law's business.
They kept leaving my packages at the main office of my apartment complex. I'm sorry, but I don't really want those people to know who I'm buying from and how often. Then again, the Post Office ain't any better. The carrier absolutely refuses to walk to my apartment to deliver registered or certified mail. Just sticks a little note in my mailbox saying they tried, but no one was home, please come to the PO to pick it up. Three times they did that. Two were summons (to be a witness for the police) and one was a screw up at the DMV saying they were going to pull my license if I didn't show up at 1 pm on Friday with some documents. Of course, didn't get that one until about 11:30 on Friday, when I went to pick it up on my lunch break.... |

Wasn't it UPS that 'tipped off' the federal boys to the Branch Davidians having firearms, and thereby 'saved' all those kids?
