Excellent! It is always good to see the rule of law prevail. I HATE it when judges try to legislate from the bench. I think NY taxpayers should make sure they dump the AG in the next election for wasting public funds on an obvious political grandstand.

This is good news, but remember that the NY Court of Appeals is higher than the NY Supreme court. This case will be appealed...
