New M1A owners...a ? for you.

Is Springfield still sending out the loaded coupons with a new purchase M1A?

It seems I bought mine to long ago (a year and a half) to still qualify for using one, and I am trying to find out the price of the AN/PVS2 nightvision scope that they are selling. If it is less than 600 dollars I am very interested.

If anyone would like to let me ride piggyback on their loaded coupon to purchase the nightscope I would really be grateful...how about an unused match leather sling?

If not I will have to get it from another source, I am losing too many cats and chickens to the 'yotes so I am going to do some nighttime population control.

Thanks

bob

You might want to let a few of those 'yotes live to keep losing those cats!

(Sorry, I couldn't resist)

BobR: I tried to email you but it bounced. The current coupon offers a factory reconditioned PVS2 and mount for $490 + $17 shipping. What does AN in AN/PVS2 mean?

But Yankytrash,

being the protector of my wifes cats has allowed me to get some pretty neat toys, this nightvision being the latest. I have a feeling that once this does not stop the cat/chicken/peacock/goat killing by the 'yotes I am going to be forced to get a sweet little rifle (Tikka) in .17 Remington.

Besides, having grown up on a ranch in Oklahoma I have seen what a pack of 'yotes can do to newborn livestock and not so new small animals. Some people just don't like certain things, and 'yotes are at the very top of my dislike list. Even higher than baluts (eggs with legs)!
