MAG 7M1 Pump Shotgun

Just got the latest SOG flyer, and they have a shotgun called the "MAG 7M1". Never seen anything like it before.

A quick web search shows ammo is scarce, and one person who heard from another who heard from another, etc says they have a 17lb trigger and awkward controls.

Anyone know anything about this weapon?

This gun has been talked about for years in the gun rags but I've never seen one available until SOG's spot. The design is originally South African, originating about the sametime as the Neostead. I'm really curious to see if the BBL is 16", as that would make it a full 2 inches below the legal limit.
