If you receive mail from odious groups (HCI), you can return the prepaid envelope empty so that the have an additional processing expense with no qain to themselves. Hopefully, many will do this.
If you want their literature without the moral burden of giving them money, fill in your name and address, but give them no money. Since they are a political organization, you may get a stream of vicious letters from them for years to come. However, they may claim you as one of their supposedly many followers when they posture before politicans.
I personally do not think it is a good idea to play games with bad people.
