A mandatory check involves obtaining permission.
Permission can be delayed, withheld, or denied.
Then a sale to a good and honest citizen can not occur.
Your Right to Keep and Bear Arms has been infringed.
That is unconstitutional, immoral, and a violation of human rights.
IF any "list" must be maintained by the government, only those who have lost their RKBA should be listed.
Anything more than that is registration - which even our elitist Congress admits is illegal/unconstitutional.
