Tough choice, I own both. If I had to pick one though it would be the HK. I have a USP 45F that I am able to shoot the best with out of any gun in my collection (Sig 226 9mm, Sig 225 9mm, Beretta 92FS, and of course the HK). Ergonomics are excellent on the Sig and the trigger is better as well, however I can SHOOT the HK much better. Both are very reliable, however the finish on the HK's are more durable.
