As previously posted it's more of how you wear it as oppossed to what you carry. I carry a Glock M-27 (180 gr Winchester JHP) When it's in a IWB I load with a mag with the standard floorplate for comfort and concealment. When I'm wearing a jacket, the magizines have either the finger extention or I load a M-23 mag with a sleeve that gives me more to hold on to. Pay attention to cleaning and general maintainance and you won't go wrong.
