Well, long as you're goin' to all that trouble, you certainly need to collect more than just one or two critters. Besides, that'll give you enough to fill the freezer for the winter--or maybe even throw a TFL "Come and get it, it's all wild!" suppertime.
If you do get a lion, get 'em to cook up some backstrap or inner tender. I'm curious to know if it eats as good as cougar.
