Does it bind with the cylinder empty? If not then use feeler gauges in front and behind the closed cylinder to see just how much clearance you have. You may have to open up the B/C gap a little. A lot of this cleanace can be taken up by various ammo. Some cases have thicker rims. Heavier bullets are of course longer and may protrude out of shorter cylinders. Investigate all the obvious before sending back to the factory.
