My bet is that he took his Dremel tool and finished off the rough metal work so typical of Taurus revolvers. They make a strong gun but finish them poorly. Finishing a gun properly is the most labor intensive part of the process. It seems Taurus would rather push them out the door, and accepts returns as an acceptable cost of doing business.
