You are reading the wrong clause of the constitution.
The clause that best supports your position is the full faith and credit clause:
Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public act, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state
But that clause has not been held to require the recognizing of CCW permits. Take your CCW and your pistol to NYC and you could be the test case.
