Why?
The shotgun has never been a weapon, at least IMO that needed any type of silencer/suppressor.
Consider the range. If you are shooting at someone with a shotgun its a damn near dead give away that he knows you're there. I can't see any reason for it, other weapons fill the silenced niche much better.
Just an opinion though.
