your choice of bp smoke pole
was the right choice

i to have 8" in 44 and a 5/half in 36
i do like the feel of the 8" but that might be duew to the
fact that i have had the 8" a lot longer, no matter what
the size you will have years of fun with them, you could
try differnt sizes only time will tell,shoot safe.
