All depends on the area. The San Francisco area is not too gun friendly, but in the central valley area where I live there's lots of gun friendly people. The laws here aren't too bad. Still better than Canada or UK gun laws. Only thing that sucks is you can't have any post ban detachable mags over 10 rounds.
