The Bersa 9mm Compact - called the UC9 - has 13+1 mag capacity. The 10+1 is for Kali and other restrictive states/locales.
Mine has been extremely reliable thru over 1,100 rounds. The only two problems I have ever had are that the slide doesn't always lock back after the last round in the mag is fired, and the front sight became slightly loose after several hundred rounds were put thru the pistol. Both of these repaired under Bersa's lifetime warranty at no charge, except that I had to pay the shipping cost to their authorized service center.
