I have no idea where my favorite shop gets it, but they get Wonderful Things. Wooden crates with Cyrillic lettering on them full of boxes of ammo from the height of the Cold War, and sometimes black lunchboxes of Swiss GP-11 that I grab.
If you ever find a shop like that, give them as much business as you can. Usually, it's the sort where the people running it do so for love of the hobby, often a "collectors" shop instead of a high-volume-in-EBRs sales location.
