I'm not sure there is a "perfect pistol", that would
suit everyone; but certainly for me, the .45 caliber
Sig P220 would win this debate hands down.

Excellent "glove like" grip, and perfect balance;
not to mention the P220's other great feature's
relating to reliability, accuracy, and craftsmanship.
