I recently had a kinda similar problem at a Walmart gun-counter. I went to the WM website and at
http://www.walmartstores.com/wmstore...OnlineForm.jsp I typed in a rather long letter outlining my problems. One day later I got a phone call from the local store manager who had been instructed by WM HQ to personally take care of the problem. They jump higher and quicker when it comes from above.
