Guys, let's cut them a little break... Odds are the manager got ONE class in how to fill out a 4473, and since F-Troop keeps changing 'em, and will attempt, if provoked in any way, to make his life a living bureaucratic hell (quite frankly, the manager has better things to do than go over EVERY form with the local agent, or stand by and verify EVERY line in the book with EVERY serial number), I'd be scared of having to sign one too...
