Ruger KP90. One FTF due to very dirty ammo. After 95 rounds of the UMC stuff, feed area was so dirty it looked liked the pistol had been drug through a barrel of molasses.
I haven't had this problem after 200+ rounds of Sellier & Bellot in one range session.
