Holy wow I cannot believe a company would take so long to repair and return a firearm which ultimately could be the difference between life and death.
In contrast Kahr Arms paid for overnight priority shipping both ways and had my PM9 returned to me in SIX days! It was actually 4 business days! Zero cost to me!
A co-worker of mine sent his CW40 in for problem with the finish on his barrel and they are replacing the barrel as well as doing requested upgrades including night sights and polish job - they told him he'd get his pistol back this coming Monday. He sent it in last Tueday! Again 4 business days, 6 total days.
Sounds like Taurus service is complete garbage...
