QQQ? Is that correct? My range (hot) has plastic muzzle flags that you have to stick in the barrel after you've cleared your weapon
before the range is (cold) open to change targets, etc. I don't think the intent there is it's OK to just lay your loaded weapon on the table and step back when the range goes cold.
