Idea of value anyone? I am going to see about a trade.

I have a Smith&Wesson Model 36 - Blue - 3" Classic. New in box, never fired.
Also a S&W Model 19-3 with a 2.5 Inch barrel, that is blue and very nice condition.

Anyone give an idea what these should bring in trade on a new S&W686 SSR?

ACS

NOTE: THE MODEL 19-3 IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. (WHAT A GREAT FORM THIS IS)

686's are great revolvers, but they're a dime a dozen. That 19-3 snubbie is a primo piece and I'd think long and hard before I parted with it in any trade where I wasn't 100% certain I was coming out miles ahead.

I'd say if your 36 classic is NIB it ought to go a long way in trade towards a used 4 or 6 inch, 6 shot 686. I'm not quite as well versed to what these new production "classic" guns are fetching on the new or used market so go with your gut...
