Opening the forum

Hello,

Just curious as to why it is whenever I use my Internet browser on my phone and go to open the TFL website it automatically sends my phone to my app Downloader and tells me to download Tap Talk or whatever it's called? Never had this problem before until today.

I've noticed that with other forums that I access directly.

I used Tap & Squawk here, but not everywhere.

I think it may have to do with the code that forums have to use to make their sites readable to Tap & Squawk.

No, I have not switched. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and I always use the Internet app for my Internet needs. Nothing else. But I noticed it didn't happen this time when I went to get on the site. Yesterday it was all day every time I tried getting on it would take me to the other thing trying to get me to download an app. Maybe it was just a one day occurrence??!

If you have some kind of security software, do a scan. Redirect viruses used to be common. On the other hand, if it stopped today, it's more likely a temporary issue with a name server or some such thing. See if it returns.
