PDP Optics
I’m planning on picking up a Walther PDP for home defense and the range. Does anyone know of a direct mount optic that doesn’t require an adapter plate? Holosun makes one for the PDP 2 (direct mount) but I’m not really clear on the distinction in models.

Holosun makes an "SCS" model especially for a 2.0 Walther PDP. I don't know/understand the details as to why a 1st generation PDP won't work, but there were changes to Walther's PDP slide machining between the 1st gen and its 2.0 version. https://holosun.com/products/reflex-...2.0-only).html

The way the slide is cut for the optics plate for the PDP differs by generation.
https://waltherarms.com/blog/walther...nting-system-2 Holosun only made the SCS for the newer version (afaik). I have had 3 PDPs, two with the new cut, one with the old.
