Syracuse Arms Shot Gun

My Dad has a Syracuse arms double barreled side by side hammerless shot gun that he got a a gun show. It says Triple Steel on the left barrel and Syracuse Arms Company Syracuse N Y on the right barrel. And 2 00 J on the bottom of both barrels and has two c's like this c c with a ovel around it.And has the numbers 34768 on the back of the trigger gard.Any body know anything about this shotgun?Know where to get parts? I learnd on another forum that the Syracuse Arms went under in 1908.
