Shouldn't be too discouraged about broken firing pins. Things do break, although it is not likely with an HK. If it does though, don't go and sell it. Replace it (the pin not the gun) with a new one. They are not that $$ and any gunsmith can do it for a cheap price.
Love your guns like a father would love a son. If it dissappoints you the first time, try to fix it and give it another try. If it keeps dissappointing you and breaking on you constantly, then throw it in the ocean because what you have is not a real HK.
