Metal belt clips for leather holster

I have a holster for of my revolvers that is the perfect holster when wearing Wranglers. When I wear Carhartt jeans (98% of the time) the belt loop is in the way for positioning the holster just right.

Thinking I can cut the belt loop off and rivet on a pair of metal belt clips so they can straddle the belt loop on my jeans. But I don't know where to find belt clips.

I want a clip that is extremely strong and so heavy duty it will be near impossible to snap off of a belt.

Suggestions?

I did a quick google search of holster belt clips and got several hits, maybe there's something there that you might like. A similar search of knife belt clips gave similar results. Good luck.

Crossbreed holsters use metal clips. They are available as parts.
