Who lifts weights/works out?
The "gun owners are fat" thread got me interested to see how many TFLers are into pumping iron. I've been at it now for about 3 years solid, after a new-years resolution. I went from around 120# in high school to 185# in college and I'm at 155# now, probably in the best shape I've been in (but could still be better). I was just curious to see how many gym junkies we've got here at TFL.

I'm a speedbag, jump rope, heavy bag junkie. I used to lift 5 days a week but I didn't find it as helpful for my overall health as doing other stuff. I just injured my shoulder tonight so I'm none too happy...I might have to take a week off
