Canon Breach--Not a revolver or semi-auto
A while ago I was offered a .357 Rem Maxium(Super Mag) by Ordinance Technologies which I bought. I've heard that Maginum Research bought the company and rights to produce the pistol. I have been looking for Info/sales of this pistol(now Lone Eagle) but can't find anything. I got some 170gr and 180 gr ammo for it. and installed a Bushnell Holo-Gen 1 sight w/a "Rising Dot" redicle which gives me some trouble when I'm wearing my perscription Polorized sun glasses. Anyone have any informaton or comments about the pistol or sight??? THANX--SNEAKY

Yes ordnance tech made a couple of earlier versions before Magnum Research bought the design but now Magnum Research has stopped making them. I've heard several rumors that the Isreali (sp) company that made the parts for MR has thought about importing them into the country but don't think its about to happen. Too bad because the two ordnance tech and three Lone eagles I've got have all been excellent shooters. Count yourself lucky, I'd like to get one in 357 Maximum.

The Max is a blast. It is everything the original 357 Magnum was and more. There is nothing like tossing a 158 grn out at around 1550 to remind you what a 357 magnum used to be like, but out of the max it is a popgun load. You can push the max up a LONG way!
Great round. I just love mine!
