HK P30

Just curious...why is the P30 not legal in CA? What is the CA regulation/standard for certain handguns...? It's so frustrating, is there a good answer??

In California, all new pistols must be examined and approved by the government before it can be sold in the state.

If a handgun is not on the "approved" list, it cannot be sold in California.
