My PT840 was gone roughly a month. I received it back yesterday and am taking it out soon for some range time with the Glock 22.

My quick turn around was a revolver. From what I understand you ship your gun to Miami and then they ship it to Brazil. I may be wrong about this as I didn't double check but I am pretty sure that is how it works. Miami is supposedly just there main distribution center in the U.S.

Their PT-22 pistols are also made in Florida.
I would guess that means the PT-25 is made there also?

well I got my extractor yesterday... I had called them little over two weeks ago... and they were supposed to send one but didnt...Called them back again... then 8 days after the second call I got my extractor via fedex...no charge. Im glad I got the part(which took me nearly half a minute to change) and didnt have to send the gun to them.
