New Game in Legal and Political

Let's all have some fun. I call this game Luci Roulette.

Here's how it works:
Each day for the next week or year, I'm gonna tune into L&P and look for the first mindless post I can find. I couldn't care less whether it's a Bush post, an LEO topic, a War in Iraq Topic or any other topic.

The first "drive-by" post, devoid of substance, while attempting to advance an agenda without intelligent back-up or, at least, intelligent comment will be my target. That person gets banned on the spot.

Unfair, you say? Nope because here's the beauty of Luci Roulette. See, upon banning that person, I will then make it my personal crusade to find another mindless drive-by, on the opposite side of the same subject. That person gets the boot also.

How kewl is this. Other than days I may take off, we can play this game every day until I get tired of it or y'all GROW UP!

From the Forum Policies:

Let the games begin.

I vote for yours. If not the most mindless, it is indeed the most condescending.

Oh, I forgot, you make the rules, and decide who has the most mindless post.
Guess I lose.

Well, bye ya'll!

I like this game. Rich, this was a long time coming. I, for one, am glad to see this.

Gary-
Sorry. You don't get the Black Marble.

While your post is logically and practically flawed, it is certainly not "mindless". Someone has to make the rules for Guests at every party; that someone is usually the Host. You have every right to find that unacceptable and leave, or to continue to avail yourself of your Host's hospitality, while wringing your hands over the House Rules.

But in the end....someone is still gonna make and enforce the rules. In this case, I'm that someone. May not be fair, but it is the way of the world. Was that too condescending? I hope not. I generally only condescend to people who act like children.

Does "whats better the 45 acp or 9mm" count as mindless?

I'll take my chances in L&P although I have always prided myself on my mindlessness. Now, of course, if you change the rules to condescending, obnoxious and cynical Im in trouble.

Can I request drive by nickname amending?

Wild-
Area 51 threads still allowed.
9mm v. .45? Wrong Forum.

Let me elucidate with typical examples from both sides a couple of aisles. I'm talking about posts which read, in their entirety, read something like this:
"Sure, but King George will never fess up."
"It's your country. Love it or leave it."

"Why am I not surprised that the cops are covering for each other?"
"Don't do the crime if you can't do the time."

Stuff like that, y'know?
Rich

Are posts that have nothing but "+1" also being considered?

I'm betting that you will get tired of it before "we" grow up. And are you going to be keeping a running tally of how many members you've banned? I'm all for it i can't stand to talk to someone who's "mindless" let alone read what they wrote.

Great, now it'll be harder to win debates without the mindless folk around.

You quickly come to the conclusion that they are actually mindless and then you've already won in your own mind.

You ain't doing us much of a kindness if you only limit it to Legal/Political. Expand, Lucibella! This is America- think BIG.

Congrats to all.
Day One and not a single Clown Award (hereafter known as a "Clownie") has been handed out.
I am NOT disappointed.
I AM impressed.

Rich, I don't think we can count yesterday due to the server problem. Lets see what happens Monday.

I figured the server crashed because Rich overheated it banning so many people so quickly...

Thought to myself...."Man I sure hope Rich doesn't think my constant posting of the similarities between US government and that of 1934-1945 Germany is mindless".
