As I took a walk on the wild side and looked at what HCI Rhetoric I would need to counter today I found this Disclaimer:
quote:
"This site is in no way related to www.handguncontrol.net or www.cphv.com Those sites are created and maintained by pro-gun activists intent on deceiving visitors with gun lobby misinformation. www.handguncontrol.org, www.handguncontrol.com and CPHV.org are the official sites maintained by the organizations chaired by Sarah Brady." [/quote]
Do I sense a little frustration?? I guess CPHV.com ( John/AZ2; another TFL Regular) and I really are a burr in sarahs saddle..........I Love it! to HCI and Company all I can say is after visiting OUR sites people will call your rhetoric into question and they will learn the truth, John 8:32 says " Then you will know the truth, and the truth shall set you free" (NIV) Personally I think they are mad cause we are setting people free from their half truths and prevarications. Hey Looks as though we are getting famous or infamous as the case may be.... ------------------ ...“ They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.” --Benjamin Franklin, Historical Review of Pennsylvania, 1759. Whereas, to preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them; nor does it follow from this, that all promiscuously must go into actual service on every occasion. The mind that aims at a select militia, must be influenced by a truly anti-republican principle; and when we see many men disposed to practice upon it, whenever they can prevail, no wonder true republicans are for carefully guarding against it. ---Richard Henry Lee, The Pennsylvania Gazette, Feb. 20, 1788 Take care and God Bless, El Jefe The ANTI-HCI Site! A stuck pig squeals.
As long as they do nothing more than post a disclaimer, it's OK. I just wonder how soon some politician will get concerned over the "abuse" of "sound-alike websites" and offer a bill to suppress them? [This message has been edited by Oatka (edited June 14, 2000).] |

And a Patriot you are!
(Webster's 9th - One who loves his country and supports its authority and interests) My belief is that Sarah's brood are simply misinformed and misguided individuals who desperately need to understand the 2nd Amendment before they don the robes of a process that has slaughtered tens of millions in the past century. ------------------ To own firearms is to affirm that freedom and liberty are not gifts from the state. |

I must admit, I've "mistakenly" steered antis and fence sitters toward your site in the past. I'm sure I'll do so again in the future.
