Here's your chance:

You may have heard a few months back that certain of our colleagues were threatened with litigation by HCI. Well, it's better than that. The domain names that HCI has tried to steal in it's attempts to silence El Jefe and John AZ are under common ownership with TFL.

For reasons of timing and, in the interests of negotiation, we've maintained public silence on this up until now. Well, the battle field is prepared and Press Releases go out at SHOT Show tomorrow. If HCI wants our property, we hope they're prepared to take it....the fun is only starting!

Equally as important, we are sending a message; to both the "rights-grabbers" and to the world:

We will not sit idly by and allow others to trample on basic human rights.
We will not be silent when taken to task over speaking the truth.
We will not turn-tail and run when pushed by a bully.
We will not submit to the tyranny of a government/media-supported private interest group.
We will not give up our legal and hard-earned possessions without a fight. (This goes for our websites and our guns!)

This is a fight that is worthy of our best effort. The enemy has been met; let the battle be joined!

No checks yet guys....we're not ready to accept donations. When we are, they'll be limited to $10 most likely. This might very well prove to be an expensive action; but we're prepared for it. As it ripens, we'll be offering everyone a pi8ece of the financial fight.

Right now you can help with the PR fight. Spread the word acroos the net and seek assistance in Letters to sympathetic editors and Radio Hosts. We wish to use this battle to raise awareness of HCI's position on all the Bill of Rights that get in their way.

Here's a copy of the email I just sent to Rusty Humphries, one of the top 100 radio talk show hosts, based here in Reno. Great guy with a great show. Has a ccw permit, also, I believe. He'll hopefully like the idea and help out.
