1. Take snazzy picture with a good quality digital camera....save the picture to your computer
2. go to a photo website, i use www.photobucket.com 3. Sign up for a free account 4. upload your picture(s) 5. copy the tag for the picture you want to imprint into a post (its the one that starts with [IMG]etc.... 6. Paste the tag into the post. hit preview post to make sure it worked. 7. brag to your friends and family how techically minded and computer saavy you now are.

When you're in the text page for a new thread or reply, scroll down to additional options. In the second option is the "manage attachments" button. Click on that, and browse for the location of your picture on your computer. Be mindful of the picture's size; usually a 640x480 JPEG is acceptable, along with being a decent viewing size. Once the path to the photo appears in the browse window, hit upload and wait. You'll see the file name appear when the upload is complete.
Once the file has been uploaded to TFL, right click the file name and click on properties. The address or URL will be at the bottom. Copy that to your clipboard. Then place the cursor in your post where you want the top left corner of the picture to be and click the image button in the posting tools. will show up in your post. Paste the address between them, making sure there are no spaces, and hit submit reply. Your picture will then show up.
